MARCHing orders, MARCHing forward and many swashbuckling activities engulfed us this March at Bullieverse.
With gaming tournaments, GDC conference attendance and engineering and development taking experiences to the next level, March 2023 will go down in the Bullieverse universe as a major moving month.
We usually bring you updates from the Engineering & Development, Community and Growth team. However, this time around, we also have a major tête-à-tête from the design team too as we were missing out on talking about the substantial work they have been doing.
Compass Trails
We were on fire as far as growth is concerned this March.
Under compass trails this month, we are going to start with another marquee partnership that we forged with an ecosystem heavyweight. We have joined the Mantle ecosystem to proliferate our vision. Adding to that, we have also received a grant from Mantle. As we have covered in our partnership announcement post, this is no small feat and we are pretty upbeat about it.
This March, we also got featured on Balthazar, an influential DAO in the Gaming ecosystem that funds projects. They have rated our project independently, and have summarised their own experiences, culminating in a positive endorsement for our team. Such validation from industry experts is yet another validation of the work we are doing and pipeline of things to come.
In that regard, we were stoked about this research report by Balthazar.
While the growth team was busy organising tournaments and striking partnerships, our Co-Founder, Srini Anala, along with Tyler Caffey, our Chief Community & Growth Officer, were busy connecting with people in the gaming ecosystem at the celebrated Game Developers Conference in San Francisco. The 3 days at GDC were spent with us shaping partnerships, and creating an engaging stall experience with our game as the main attraction. Along with the hustle and serious conversations, we also had quite some fun through our exclusive Gaming Night.
Last but not the least, we are on the verge of starting our NFT staking program and we released a teaser which saw subsequent traction on our social and communications network.
Development Updates
Development and Engineering always have their hands full. Period!.
Despite their busy schedule and a long pipeline of features they are building & debugging, they also created a stellar Tower Defense Survival mode for the GDC conference. Furthermore, they are also simultaneously experimenting with new tech solutions internally for developing efficient systems of scale.

Designing Bullieverse!
Art Direction and Design are an integral part of any NFT and Gaming ecosystem. It is the lifeline that pumps life into the universe, attracting diverse stakeholders for the greater good. The design team has been working towards creating enriching visuals, user experience and game design. Armed with a keen sense of customer needs, likes and wish lists, the design team has been silently scoring big wins for us. and we thought we should start talking more about them going forward.
Most crucially, the design team has been auditing the existing visual communication from a brand perspective to see how we are communicating visually. This exercise will pave the way for setting the foundation from a design and communication perspective and help in directing art direction with consistency.
They have also created a new premium video direction to showcase our assets, storylines and core strengths to help with growth initiatives. This will help us communicate visually about our core offerings and attract users.
Furthermore, they also worked on designing a new roadmap, teasing the greater community with the pipeline of things to expect and rave about in our community. To know more, click this link.
Moreover, they also worked on, updating old badges, tweaking the facial rigs of Bulls and Bears for showcasing facial expressions in videos and games, and aligning the game launcher UI with the new brand ideas.
Finally, they are working on new AR experiences. We are moving towards a future where you as an end user will be able to view your Bull’s and Bear’s in real life. It is going to be an exclusive experience to be a part of the Bullieverse ecosystem.
